You need to get 200 collectibles across routes. I recommend doing the preserved collection routes, as some of those will have their own collectible achievements (there are guides for them on the respective achievement pages in TSW2020). Any collected in preserved routes will count towards this.

If you only have the core game routes, there are enough collectibles on those to go for this (100 on each one). I recommend doing London Bakerloo and Schnellfahrstrecke Köln, as many collectibles will be in the stations. A guide for them is available on Steam with screenshots and map locations:
