I found a guide for the 'Schnellfahrtstrecke Köln - Aachen' line on steam community:

The TSW2: Successful Application achievement in Train Sim World 2 worth 186 pointsComplete any set of route tasks
You can also look for collectibles on any of the other services/lines and just get a 100 across all of them.
