Click on any train brand in the main menu, go to tools, then livery editor. For the sake of simplicity let's choose the london underground. In the livery editor, choose the 72 stock. Name it, then click edit. In the next screen change the colour of the coach, then go to save.
Go back to tools, then scenario editor. Add a new scenario, choose baker street as the starting station, then select regent's park as the end.
Go back into scenario editor and select your custom route and play it. Then all you have to do is complete one stop and the achievement will unlock.
