This Achievement did not unlock for me in the DB BR 422 Training module, so I was worried it was glitched or possibly set for 70 mph (113 km/h).
It did unlock for me in the first scenario I did (Ruhr Run), so hopefully it unlocks when you hit 70 km/h (44 mph) in anything other than Training.
Please comment if you have had any other experiences with it!

It seems to be the same with all speed/mileage achievements in this game, the tutorials don't count towards them. However boarding tasks in the tutorials DO track which is puzzling.
