Pretty self explanatory. But I'll give you a little Guide:
Go to the last option from the main menu called something with Time (I only play in German, sorry) choose the BR185.2, press
and choose the first track "DB 88101 Gemünden - Aschaffenburg" - it will pop automatically while playing
