Best service I've found is return #shunter to red bank sidings.

You can use the West Country line as well, but train cannot keep running at 25 mph

I'm using Bishop - Minehead services on West Somerset Railway DLC and I uncouple the train from the carriages before setting off, keeps the train at about 22-23mph and I get about 3 miles before hitting a Red signal.
