How to unlock the Class 33: Crompton Cruiser achievement in Train Sim World 2020 - Definitive Guide

Hello all. Best method for this I found was the following:
1) Fire up “West Somerset Railway.”
2) Go to “Timetables” and select the “Class 33 GRN” loco.
3) Select the 10:15 service between “Bishops Lydeard - Minehead.”
4) Decouple the loco from the carriages.
5) Master Key “on.”
6) Reverser to “forward” (use left joystick).
7) Release brakes (hold left bumper until “running” notification can be seen).
8) Set “loco brake” to 9%.
9) Crank the throttle to full power until you reach about 23mph then immediately reset the throttle to the “30” position.
10) Save your progress.
I found that the loco will take care of itself from here on out to the first stop at Crowcombe Heathfield, which is about 3.2 miles away. After arriving at this station just quit out and hit “last played.” An imperfect solution but at least you can idle it whilst doing something else!

Excellent solution, this keeps the train at about 19-23mph throughout and under the strict 25mph speed limit. Gets you about 3.5 miles in 10 mins which is just over 1% of the achievement each time so it's about 16-17 hours from 0% to 100% :(
I used a kitchen timer and set it for about 10mins 20secs from the point of making the save, you do go through a red signal at the next station anyway but it's nice to have an alarm going off reminding you to quit out and resume from the save point.
Just come from doing the M7 700 mile achievement in Long Island Railroad before this one and eventhough this one is about half the distance this one is much much slower compared to that achievement.
