This achievements requires you to complete coupling tasks on the GP9RM
A coupling task is coupling to another locomotive or wagon, it must be your active task/indicator for it to count.
Just before you go to complete the task (Couple to the wagon/locomotive), pause and save the game. Complete the task and wait for it to change from "Wait" to the next action, quit to the main menu and reload the save - Rinse and repeat.
The closer you are to the wagon/locomotive at the point of saving, the quicker the tasks will complete.

Just FYI the Achievement Tracker doesn't work for this one. Also, I had this one pop in the middle of my third Scenario after only doing the Training before, so it should come naturally.

I accidentally did uncoupling tasks instead and this still counted towards this achievement.
