Once all other achievements are unlocked you can make a save at the end of a service when the loading passenger circle is about three quarters full. Let that service complete then head back to the main menu and select that save. Play it through, rinse and repeat. No ap will be earned and you'll have to count the services completed yourself but this is the same as all the other complete X services on whichever route.

You get 500ap each time you do this. It's also the quickest way to level up as, on a Series X at least, you can get 500ap every 30 secs

just pick the shortest route and replay you have to keep count how many times you have complete
