This is as simple as the description, just complete the 5 scenarios on the Main-Spessart Bahn. It doesn't matter if you get a Gold, Silver or Bronze medal, you just have to complete the route from start to finish. It will take about 3 hours to complete for a gold medal and slightly longer for silver and bronze. If your going for the Gold medal stay below the speed limits, the penalty for speeding in higher than for being a couple of minutes late.
The routes are :-
Saturday Circuit. 30 minutes
Auto Runner. 25 minutes
Regional Express. 40 minutes
Doppelstock Delivery. 45 minutes
Fuel Exchange. 40 minutes

Sadly I'm getting screwed on this achievement for owning the BR 204 DLC it seems. On other DLCs (like Long Island and Ruhr Sieg Nord) the achievement will usually unlock on beating every Scenario including the DLC one but the additional 4 Scenarios on this expansion added by the DLC packs have not given me this achievement.
