Complete every scenario available in the NEC DLC. The last scenario says it will take about 60 minutes, but you can end the scenario in about 2minutes by walking over the the 'end' objective. So load up the last scenario wait a bit and the end scenario marker will spawn.

Something I should probably say about the "Terminal Switch" scenario. Since you're dealing with a long frieght train, if the objective is near a switch point. You don't need to stop your main locomotive on the objective marker, as long as part of the train stops on the objective marker you're good. Make sure not to park your train over the branching lines.
I found this out the hard way, and had to put my train in the opposite direction because my train was parked WAY over the switch point and I had to go down the branching track!
Found this scenario more challenging than any of the scenarios in the base game as well.
