tip for this guide is when you reach the Finnentrop list after collecting the first warning sign at the crossing look around for the sign on the fence and the hammer before travelling down the track to collect the second sign at the second crossing otherwise you have to double back to collect them

On TSW# I cannot get the collectible that is 'behind the wall'

Also it says there are supposed to be 10 broken lights when there are in fact only 8. There are 16 Hammers and not 15. There are also 42 no Trespassing signs and not 40.
The guide points to a no trespassing sign which is in the wall and not visible at the Mainline via Altena section, I never found this collectible and just skipped over it. I did find 1 or 2 no trespassing signs which weren't listed and ended up with 76/75. This means there are actually more than 75 collectibles but the achievement pops when you reach 75 collected luckily.
