This achievement is for completing the following Scenarios in the Ruhr Sieg Nord DLC for Train Sim World 2020
Rise and Shine
Freight Exchange
Returning Empty
Storm Trail
Heavy Metal
There will be a checkmark next to each scenario if you have completed them already. It doesn't matter whether you get a Bronze, Silver or Gold medal.
However if you also have the DB BR 155 DLC add on installed, you WILL have to complete the 3 Scenarios (listed below) related to this DLC also. (at least that's what I had to do).

The BR155: Power Drive achievement in Train Sim World 2020 worth 39 pointsComplete the BR 155 scenario 'Fossil Fuels'
An additional warning as well, I would avoid using the Save features while going for this achievement because I have had achievements in other DLC packs for completing all Scenarios not unlocking even though I have done all of the Scenarios and I think the save feature has glitched the achievement in this case. Try and do the entire Scenario in one sitting if you can.
