This achievements requires you to complete passenger boarding tasks on the BR1442-1 Talent 2, this will come naturally whilst working towards:
The RT: Leipzig Legend achievement in Train Sim World 2020 worth 285 pointsComplete all of the available services
A passenger boarding task is opening and closing the doors at a station when it is the objective. I unlocked this on my 19th/20th service (with all scenarios completed).
The longer services Markkleeberg-Gaschwitz to Magdeburg / Magdeburg to Markkleeberg-Gaschwitz consist of 21 stops and take around 60 to 90 minutes to complete.

On East Coastway you can save the game when the doors are halfway closed, at the end of the journey, and just keep replaying that. It counts towards services completed and passenger boarding tasks. I'm gonna try that on all of them
