It will suggest missions to continue after you complete each one but those are not required for this achievement. You can just back out to the main menu and go back to Training for just these 4.

Heads up when operating the F40: be very careful to never put the brake into 'emergency' or the throttle into 'stop'. If you do, it will soft lock the game and you won't be able to move again. Had to restart twice because I accidentally did this. Normally there would be a complicated procedure to get the train going again, but the controls are limited during the tutorial.
So just be really deliberate with the brake and throttle.
