Easy achievement, but a couple of things to note:
1. The game only counts your miles under the speed limit.
2. You only need 100 miles combined. (Not 100 miles in a single locomotive.)

I think you're right on the speed limit, just saw my own tracker wasn't going up as I tanked along at 155mph. Came on here to see if anyone else had seen the same so am assuming since we both reached that conclusion, best to stay under the limit.
