Note: If you have the DLC locomotive packs associated with Tees Valley like Class 31 or Class 20 then these Scenarios will also be listed the Tees Valley Scenario selection (6 in total, 3 Class 31 and 3 Class 20), you DON'T need to do these although 2 of these are required for the following achievement in those respective DLC packs so you would need to do these anyway.
The CL31: Full Circle achievement in Train Sim World 2020 worth 21 pointsComplete the BR Class 31 scenario Circle Cement
The CL20: Tees Yard Turn Around achievement in Train Sim World 2020 worth 22 pointsComplete the Class 20 scenario Chopper and Change
Final note: avoid using the Save feature if possible, I've had experiences with the Scenario related achievements in this game not unlocking when I have used the Save feature. When I have left the Save feature alone, I have always had the achievements unlock for Scenarios.
Hardly conclusive but the Train Sim World community in general on Dovetail's forums have always said the Save feature is very broken in this game.
