You'll get most of these anyway while working towards the other achievements, mainly the mileage achievements but if you want to blitz it quick, you can take over the passenger trains at the end of the service (like on other dlc packs)
Bishop Auckland to Saltburn services take slightly over 1 hour
Darlington to Middlesborough takes 30 mins
Thornaby depot to Darlington takes 20 mins
Spawn walking 5 mins before the service is due to arrive, jump in when it does and take over it. Finish off the requirements, usually just waiting for the passenger circle to finish.
Make sure it's ticked in the timetable afterwards.
The NEC pack gives 2 services if you select 'return to freeroam'. I've tried on here, it didn't work. It might be possible at Darlington but the next service wasn't due to depart for another 8 minutes so it'd be quicker to just do a new one.
