This achievement is for the DB 204 Add-on for Main-Spessart Bahn. To get to the scenario: From the Main Menu -> To The Trains -> Choose A Route -> Main-Spessart Bahn -> Scenarios -> Hafenbahnhof Order.
The scenario is shunting several freight cars around a freight yard, just follow each of the objectives. Be aware you will need to manual set the switches to access the appropriate freight cars. This achievement takes 25-30 minutes to complete.
