Nice and simple and can be done AFK.
1:Use the creators club menu to create a custom scenario at the training centre.
2. Choose Main loop West 2 as starting point, then press a and start to accept the options it suggests after.
3. Choose the class 465 in whatever formation you feel like.
4. Get the train moving and leave it on max throttle, plug your controller in and leave something pressing on the right stick so your character spins.
Your achievement will pop in a couple of hours. This also counts towards 'Proclaimer' and other distance based achievements

Ran this for about 30 miles. It started at 5% complete. When I ended it, it’s still shown 5% completed
