How to unlock the CL465: Training Complete achievement in Train Sim World 3 - Definitive Guide

Should be fixed with the add-on update. I finished the Class 465 Introduction (Training Center) on another user/profile. The achievement unlocked on the result screen (can take several seconds).

From the main menu:
Home - Training Center - Training - Class 465/9 SEW - Class 465 Introduction
You can also access it via the To the Trains - Train Depot / Rail Journeys sections.

If you completed it before the update, you may have to attempt it on a new profile. To do this, navigate to My Profile from the main menu and select Switch Profile. Create a new profile there and attempt it. Your main profile can be returned to afterwards.

Frustrating as I had already tried to do this on my Series X and wondered why the achievement hadn't popped, but now I know why so thank you for the info.
Let's hope it's fixed eventually as I know there have been other issues with achievements not unlocking based on the profile import from TSW2 that would expect to pop.

Okay so I’m on my Xbox one and I can’t find the module using your steps. I go into Networking as you mentioned but in there is only “Class 465 introduction”, “Filling in” and “2K02 London Victoria to Sheerness on sea”. Not sure what I’m doing wrong but any ideas?

Hope they fix soon. Made them aware, but they came with email respond that tells how they work and do things in order of importance.

Edit: The additional journey has been removed from Xbox One in another update.

Still can't find it even after today's patch. Series X.

edit: Watched the video again just to make sure and it's the networking option that is not there.

The training centre module is now compatible with the achievement.

Just got this now by using my 2nd profile, so not the one I imported as I'd completed the training on that 1 already. Follow the steps from the OP and look for Networker not Networking if on Xbox Series X
