THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS BROKEN IN A STRANGE WAY!!!
If you have Nahverkehr-Dresden installed then uninstall it before going for this one as there seems to be an issue with the 143.
The problem is the infamous red light issue in the Saturday Circuit scenario. The Nahverkehr-Dresden 143 causes an issue that gives you a red light about 900m from the final station so advice is to uninstall that route if you own it and have it installed and then the scenario should work as intended

Saturday Circuit seems to be patched. I didn't have any issues.
