I just unlocked this and I've only completed 2 scenarios out of 10.

Chopper and change for the achievement
Tubeliner diversion, in this order

I did Three Becomes Two and then Tubeliner Diversion and got the achievement. It might only need Tubeliner to be completed though, as we both got the achievement after completing it.

I can confirm that the achievement will unlock after you complete only the first scenario: Tubeliner Diversion
