The description here is incomplete. You need to drive the Class 350-1 for 100 miles, but the miles only count if you are going under the posted speed limit for the track sections you are driving. You can't just set the throttle wide open and barrel down the track

If you complete the first three scenarios for the West Coast Main Line on your way to getting the other achievement for completing all five scenarios, you will get this naturally as long as you obey the speed limits

Alternatively, you can create a scenario at the training center just going around the outer loop continuously until you hit the 100 miles. Just remember to check occasionally that you are staying under the speed limit
