This should be updated. The new achievement reads "Operate the ICE-T for 100km WITHIN THE SPEED LIMIT.

Also, just as an FYI, when going for the FTF: True Frankfurter achievement, if you complete Pull!, Mind the Gap, and ICE into the night and remain under the speed limit, you will complete a VERY large chunk of the 100km. I was at 99% complete when I was done with the three scenarios.

You need to drive the BR 411 DB train (also known as ICE-T) 100km within the speed limits during Timetable events or Scenarios. You can switch on achievement tracker in the xbox menu to monitor how far you still need to go for all of the distance related achievements in this game, it tracks them in real time which I found really useful.

I got this by doing ICE into the Night Scenario and Mind the Gap Scenario - By doing those two I combined this achievement with a few other achievements to save time. Follow the videos and you'll also get the TSW5: First Success Achievement, TSW5: Setting the Standard, TSW5: Top Link! Achievement, FTF: Sweet - T Achievement and the FTF: True Frankfurter if you don't already have them.
