Train Sim World 5

First of all go into the Creators Club then Scenario Planner. I used the San Bernardino Line.

Create New, enter the Scenario Details, Start time and weather then confirm
I use the BR 423 DB locomotive and Baldwin Park Station as my start point and LA Union Station Track 05 and the destination, I also check the 2 stops available on this route. Once this is done save and exit.

For me I had to return to the main menu and then return to the Creators Club, Scenario planner and San Bernardino Line for the Scenario to show up. Once back on this menu you should see the new Scenario on the left, scroll down to it and play it, once you get to the end off the scenario the Achievement unlocks just before you return to the menu.

To get the Cunning Plan Achievement, Quality Assurance Achievement and the Exhibitionist Achievement all together, just create and then complete any custom scenario via the Creators Club menu, Scenario Planner menu. Pick the train with the custom livery you created earlier for the Artist Achievement and equip the custom livery.

I created a scenario using the Training Centre track starting at 1:19:42 - this video includes all 19 base game achievements.
