How to unlock the Around the world achievement in TramSim: Edition - Definitive Guide

You can select a route, start your travel and go full throttle the entire time. (Rubberband method)
For this trophy you don't need to stop to let passengers out and if you happen to collide with another tram or car, just press the button on screen and the game will continue.
If you drive without route you can use this method to gain TSP as well, as just simply passing a tramstation without even stopping earns you 20 TSP for being punctual. I don't know if this is on purpose or a bug/glitch.
Extremely difficult to get, if I use the method above, I'd have to play for 6h a day for 48 weeks if I travel the route Stefan-fading er-platz to prater hauptallee which is 10km long IRL.
