How to unlock the Driver of the month achievement in TramSim: Edition - Definitive Guide

This achievement seems to be bugged. I got the Flawless achievement for reaching a 50 TSP Combo but not this one.
Does it have to be exactly 20?

I believe the achievement means "get 20 combos," not "get a 20 combo streak" like flawless' description.

@MTA Raylz check the 50 combo one, you basically have to unknowingly follow the rules of the game over a long route of time and points just randomly start stacking as combo in the background
