To get a 'Perfect' Stop you will need to get +10 TSP from a given stop. This is easily obtained by fully stopping at 2 m when approaching a green triangle indicating a stop and pressing 
to confirm it and open the doors for passengers. I would recommend using a cruise control of 30 km/hr to approach stops at a slow enough pace to react and brake fast enough. You can over brake to ensure you don't miss the 2 m stop and can slowly accelerate into the right position for a Perfect.
