Flagellate Pathogens are actively moving cells that appear like tadpoles. They move with some speed and can be killed relatively easily. Complete the sample without colliding with one to unlock this, the faster you complete the chain the easier this is so don't dawdle. I recommend proactively killing them between making matches and using the plasma missiles (3rd Weapon). This can be completed on Easy/Easy, Good Luck!
