This achievement is rewarded upon finding a specific collectible of a photo of the development team. It can be found upon unlocking the garage, going inside, and then looking in the filing cabinet next the computer to find a folder inside. Inside the folder, you'll find this photo and unlock the achievement. It can be seen in the below video around the 11:30 mark.

Once you uncorrupt the kitchen and can go outside the back of the house, go to the garage and go inside. Once inside, go to the filing cabinet by the computer and open the drawer. Open the folder inside and pick up the photo to look at it. This will unlock the achievement.
