Thanks for the tips everyone - I had a very glitchy first play through, where cheevos popped on my phone, but not on the console, lol! Then when I got to the point where the audio log achievement should pop, nothing.
I couldn't figure out how to delete my cloud save, as I just pressed 'Delete All', in the 'Saved Data' section of 'Manage Game and Add-ons' for Transference. But this seemed to only deleet the local save.
I tried this, and tried to 'skip syncing' when I loaded the game, and played it through the 2nd time, but I realised it had still synced with the cloud save, as the video logs were already collected. I finished the game, but no achievement unfortunately.
For the 3rd playthrough, I went back into the game tile for Transference, pressed the menu (start) button, selected 'Manage Games and Add-ons', went down to 'Saved data', pressed A, but this time DIDN'T choose 'DELETE ALL', and instead went down to the specfic save data file for my profile (directly under 'Delete All', with my profile pic, profile name, and '12.6KB'), and pressed A on that, and chose 'Delete Everywhere'.
Then I ran through the game again, following Makas guide exactly (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXC0Lke_z6M), and at 24:45, when he checks the last answer phone message, and his audio log cheevo pops, mine did too this time :)

I missed the radio in the kid's shack the first playthrough. I heard it, but thought it wasn't necessary for some reason. Luckily, everything is cumulative, so once I played through to that point, it unlocked.

There are 10 audio logs in the game. They come in the form of answering machine messages, walkie talkies, and tape recorders. Some can only be found while the rooms are corrupted, and others only once the rooms become uncorrupted. Every time you pick up an audio log, make sure to press and hold
