Arcee and Wheeljack both have healing abilities (they both start with a basic healing gun and a special that also heals but additional healing abilities can be bought from Wheeljack's Lab). Use of of these on a squadmate down to their last energy bar to unlock this achievement.

I had this unlock by suiciding wheeljack in with his life steal ability casuing an explosion on a crate
