On the first stage after you unlock Windblade simply position Bumblebee just short of the pink objective/destination area. Use Windblade's cyclone attack to shove him into the area and the achievement will unlock. It's a 1 point action which will leave you 2 further AP to move Windblade to the destination. This completes the stage, regardless of any enemies you've not defeated.
