For the sake of clarity, bonus fragments are only found in some missions and require you to capture an objective before the end of the mission. A single autobot requires three turns to capture, while more in the objective zone reduces the count. Upon capture, the countdown above the objective will become an autobot logo. Do it six times over in a run and the achievement will pop in the mission overview screen.
