I mistakenly believed this to mean no healing whatsoever. This is not the case. Feel free to heal with Arcee and Wheeljack as much as you need to!
This is actually referring to your bots recovering between missions. Do not ever swap out a bot that needs to recover due to being damaged in the previous missions. Just keep using them.
The most surefire method of obtaining this would be just to pick three bots at the beginning of the run and only use them. My personal preference would be Optimus Prime, Wheeljack and Arcee. Snagging Optimus' blaster and attack upgrades, as well as Arcee's Blackhole abilities really help out (as well as having two healers!)
