This achievement will pop after you defeat Barricade with Bumblebee in the 4th Autobot Chapter.
A couple of the fights with the other characters along the way to this fight can be a bit frustrating, and you may need to collect plenty of the respawning health cubes, when fighting as Jazz. I found transforming and driving around the block to collect them periodically during this fight worked for me.
During the next fight as Ironside you can also get the following

I tried to get it during the Jazz fight but it just wouldn't pop.
