You will need to throw and LAND 1,000 punches to net this achievement.
You will most likely get this before you finish either campaign as punching is the most lethal attack and works the best against any enemies. Use "X" to punch, keep tapping "X" to do a combo.
I got this on the second to last mission on the Autobots campaign.
If you don't have this after finishing the game, simply load any mission you like and punch every enemy you see.
