In the first Decepticon level, second chapter, you play as Scorponok. Just send him underground, wait for time to run out, and do not move. A few minutes later you will unlock this achievement.

During the first level, you can start up the event in which you search for cogs. It is the event which is near the largest base. Simply hide you character in the sand which isn't too close to he road so you don't come out too soon and wait. Achievement will pop while you are under ground.

Play any chapter of any mission, or any sub-mission that has you play Scorponok. Just send him underground and do not move. A few minutes later you will unlock this.

After completing Chapter 2 in the SOCCENT Military Base (Decepticon First Area). You will directly control Scorponok and be in the chapter select hub area of SOCCENT Military Base.
All you have to do now is push
to go underground and idle for 2 minutes.
Added a new solution because I attempted this DURING the Chapter 2 in SOCCENT Military Base and it would not pop, also did not pop during the cog collection sub mission.
