This achievement unlocks after you fight Megatron as Opimus Prime (straight after the Bumblebee vs. Barricade fight) .
There are Skills to get during this fight, so you may want to get those done first (if you are going for them) as you may well need a few tries to beat him.
Megatron will fly through the map between each round, I found standing to 1 side worked at preventing taking any damage from his missle attacks as he passes.
He does a shoulder charge attack, which you should avoid and then throw something at him once he is still, you can then attack him with punches.
He will fly off and through and then attack with a flail type attack which takes a few thrown items before you can punch him, he flies off again and when back has a flame attack, again throw and then punch.
After he flies off and returns for the final time he mixes up his attacks, so do as required to beat him down.
Not too difficult, but as with all the fights in this game it can be frustrating.

If you shoot the helicopters during the fight they drop healing hearts.
