How to unlock the Mad Skillz achievement in Transformers The Game - Definitive Guide
There are either 5 or 6 skills to get on each chapter depending on what story thread you are playing. You need to get a 5 rating for each skill on each level, including the final boss battles to unlock the achievements.
I prefered to get the skills done before completing any of the main story missions, but it's not always possible, especially when trying to get Heroic in the Sumo with Jazz, save yourself the headache and wait until you are a stronger character, as it makes it a great deal easier.
The Autobots have 5 skills to get and the Decepticon's have 6, as there is an extra requirement for Destruction.
Slide Skill - (Either story - only as cars)
I found it easier to hold A, get some speed up then get into a slide with LB, then hold LT (for turbo) and slow tap LB to keep the slide going. Holding LB just brought me to a halt, even at high speeds with LT held. You should get the knack within a few tries.
Speed - (Either story - only as cars)
I found that finding a nice long stretch of road, getting a bit of a run up and going with the flow of traffic, so you don't get too many head on's to slow you down worked for me This is one of the easiest to get every time.
Throw - (All chapters - any character)
Find something light, like a bench, barrel, small signpost, traffic cone, pick it up with B, (the awful pick up system doesn't always make it easy), aim high and throw. The hardest level to get this on for me was the Hoover Dam level on the Autobot story, eventually I got it by throwing a barrel away from the forcefield area (south if the forcefield area is north).
Jump - (Either story - only as cars)
There are two ways to get this, either find a nice ramp (like the 2 near the cinema on the suburbs level) and hit it at a good speed with turbo (LT) going. The other option is to climb up something tall, get close to the edge of the building and Y, to transform off the top, this is the only way to do it on the Hoover Dam (Autobot) level, climb up the buildings with 3 tiered section "buildings" that are in pairs in every corner (near the tunnels - you throw the cannister off the top in a mission).
Destruction - (Decepticons only)
You have to destroy the buildings and the best option is to rely on your RB attack, I found that taping both RB and RT while moving steadily along a row of buildings worked well. There are all fairly easy to get once you get the right technique.
Heroic or Evil - (All chapters - any character)
The best way (probably the only way) to get these is to rely on the Sumo Mini-Challenges. Some guides suggest using a punch, punch wait technique, but I actually found that a single punch, then wait, then repeating worked every time for me.
Don’t forget to get them during the final fight missions, which can be a pain but a great solution to obtaining the Evil skill on the final lDecepticon level was put forward by WarriorPriest13. - After Optimus runs away for the first time, 2 green Autobots will spawn, target them and fire leaving a small time gap between each shot using you main weapon (not punch). You may need to quickly turn and target the 2nd green one to get all 5 to ping, this mehtod appears to be the only way to get it, and it worked a treat for me.

a hit / wait / hit combo worked fine on the autobot levels, but i used a 2 hit / wait for the decepticon levels.

A solution only for a couple skills:
Jump on Decepticon Stage 2: The Hunt for Sam Witwicky
Driving from the school (with the power plant on your right side) there is an underpass/onramp/tunnel that gets you on the freeway headed away from the power plant.
There is a little "door" on the side of the tunnel that is not designed to open there. drive through it and you will fall off the map and de-rez ;-)
This will get you "Jump". PM me if this does not work for you. I suspect it might not work for everyone since it is a glitch. I couldn't get it "legit" so I thought this might help others since this is how I accidentally got it.
Evil on any level:
Shoot your rockets near (but not at) any of the guys swinging chains or the guys with the blowtorch. The splash damage will hit them and count toward evil. Just keep firing away.

So I just got 100% on this game and the 'Mad Skillz' achievement didn't pop.
If this should happen to you, here's what to do:
Load up any autobot mission (I just went with the first one) and start shooting buildings to raise your 'Destruction' skill. Once it's maxxed out, the achievement will pop.

Just get ALL skill markers for all levels. The final levels for each side will be the hardest to obtain full Evil skill or Full Heroic skill. Just keep pounding/shooting away at the boss or drones.
