Complete all 4 sub missions in the 2nd Autobot chapter to get this to pop.
You can get the Race and Scavenger missions completed easily with Jazz, but as you probably wont be able to get the Sumo Challenge with Jazz, its worth doing the main missions until you are playing with Ironside or Optimus Prime, before tackling it.
With either of them, the Sumo and Hunt missions, are far eaiser as both characters are so much stronger. Throw something at the guys with the flailing / spinning weapon to stop it, then rush in and give them the 3 hit combo to blast them out of the ring (in Sumo) / destory them.

where is the scavenger mission its driving me mad? :-) the other 3 are pretty close together cant find this one.
