On the first campaign area (The Suburbs), as either Decepticon or Autobot, move into the little city area and scattered around will be a few gas stations. At the gas stations will be a HUGE tire, simply pick up the tire and throw it at an enemy drone.

Play the More Than Meets the Eye Chapter in the Autobot part of the game. Once in that chapter replay Mission 4: Heavy Weapon. To the left of Shockwave there is a gas station with a very large tire on it. Pick up the tire with the (B) button and throw it at the stationary purple gun (Shockwave). To throw either use B or RT. Do not worry about completing the mission just get a direct hit on Shockwave and the achievement will unlock.
