You must destroy 200 drones. Military vehicles, turrets, etc. do not count. They MUST be a transformer. More than likely you won't have this by the time you finish the campaign, but here is the fastest way:
Once you finish the campaign a new level will open up called "Cybertron" simply load this level and your goal will be to kill 35 drones in a small arena map. Just keep playing this mission over until the achievement pops, which should take no more than 3 or 4 times.

Defeat 200 drones throught the Autobot Missions. If you don't get this by the end of the game, replay the Cybertron missions. It's an easy 35 kills. (thanks Razzle)
