Go to Autobot missions
Go to The Last Stand Mission set
When you start mission, you start in the middle of the park right in front of a big monolithic tower. Immediately, pan the camera so you see the buildings on Bumblebee's left side.
You should see a short building that is named Helio with two phone signs sitting on top of it. Immediately past that building and phones is a yellow marker indicating mission 1 Exterminator.
Click the Exterminator mission, and you will have a large number of bug droids seeking you. Climb the building back towards the phones. Grab one of the phones and throw it at one of the small bug creatures. You may miss at first so the second phone is there. Once you hit a spider with your phone, it should unlock.

Good call on the Exterminator mission. I was like, how the hell do I even get an enemy to throw this thing at. Thanks man.

This is best obtained on the City level, around the middle of the map (where the big statue is) on one of the short surrounding buildings there are 2 big Helio phones on it, simply pick it up and throw it at an enemy for this achievement.
Note: This cannot be obtained when using the phone against Megatron in the Autobots final mission.

It is probably worth mentioning you can't get this achievement in the final battle against Megatron (as I found out last night after 20 minutes of trying!)

Hi Crimson, you must have read my post wrong. You CAN'T get this achievement in the final battle. It doesn't register as a 'hit' when you hit him with it for some reason. Just thought you might want to change your solution (again! - lol) stating you can't get this in the final battle. Gave it a thumbs up anyway

In the city stages there are Helio buildings with 2 giant cell phones on top. The phones are the new ones that slide open to reveal a keyboard. Just pick one up and throw it at a drone to get this.
