Get a full evil skill marker. You get this by shooting or using melee against the enemies. Best way to do this is play the sumo sub-mission as the enemies do not take damage. Run up to one, hit, hit, then pause. Do not hit a third time without pausing or he goes flying. Then hit, hit, pause, hit, hit, pause, hit, hit, pause, etc. You get the idea. It takes a few tries to get the timing but it is the best way to get the evil skill.
