Complete all 4 sub-missions to get this to pop.
If you want to do it before starting any of the main missions, the only one that may take a couple of tries as bumblebee is the Hunt challenge.
What worked for me was to do a 180, go for the 1st blip/vehicle, pick it up and then throw vehicle to destroy it quickly, you may have to go to car mode to chase down the last one, but when you get the chance, converting and throwing is far quicker then guns/missles.
Scavenger and race are straight forward, and in the sumo, it's the same technique as in the last chapter where you throw something at the 2 bug guys then pick them up and throw out the ring, again straight-forward.
