How to unlock the Bloodlust achievement in Trek to Yomi - Definitive Guide
I got this towards the end of the game when you get the move where you do a 180 attack that stuns the enemy. It's called Anti Armor Rotation Combination then you can just hit rb to finish them. Once you get that move just approach every encounter backwards.
Backward +X, Y then Rb to perform finisher

Also the combo x,x,y stuns enemies as well. It ignores blocks and does not consume stamina. obtain in early game.

This can be boosted in Ch. 2. There is a shrine next to a bridge about midway through the chapter.
On the bridge will be an armored enemy who you can rush by holding down the B button and then heavy attacking twice with the Y button. Once the enemy is stunned, tap RB and you will execute a finishing move.
Not sure if you need to but I waited until the two enemies spawned and ran towards me on the bridge before I reloaded the checkpoint.
Doing this 50 times should take around 10 mins max.

You do not need to wait for the two guys to enter the screen. I can confirm this.

The easiest place to grind this achievement is in chapter 4. There is a checkpoint right before the raft. Hop on the raft and you will be surrounded by about 7 samurai. Each of these can be killed with a finisher. Kill the last one, load the checkpoint and 5 seconds later your back at it. Should take 5 minutes.
Also it's the best place to get Big Bertha achievement as well with the ozutsu

Finishers are your bread and butter in this game with counter and stun combination (light+ light+ heavy attack) with human enemies, so this achievement will happen naturally throughout your 100 percent achievement journey.
OR
This can be done on a single spot in chapter 2 where you first learn 'Finisher' skill/move. Just reload to last checkpoint 50 times, takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

Super Easy Achievement!
I did it on easy difficulty. It's close to the beginning of chapter 2. Right after sliding down the mudslide and facing enemies in a river. There will be a save, after saving the game you will come across a dude. You parry, light attack, then finisher!

I myself learned about these attacks in chapter 6 heh, as soon as you stun the enemy for example on squeeze
and this will finish off any stunned enemy and restore 3 squares of HP
