The place I got this was right after you get out of the main elevator in Site 14 with the 4 shield guys at the bottom, they give you the tutorial about sliding into shield guys and grabbing them while they're down.
If you slide into one of the guys and take him hostage the other shields will back up away from you into the small elevator, then throw your hostage directly into all of them with the grenade ability they will be knocked down and all be killed. I did it on accident and it's a confined space with 3 guys so hopefully it doesn't give y'all trouble.
