You will be cursing the names of the developers, because the Counter Hackers are some severe bullshit. Whoever thought they were a good idea ought to be disciplined. I was really enjoying the game until these showed up. I was finally able to beat the level by doing the following on the Normal difficulty setting:

1) Hack the top floor terminal up in the catwalks first. This is the position with the least amount of maneuvering room so get it out of the way.

2) Kill ONLY the Counter Hackers, and kill them as quickly as possible. Leave everyone else in the first Wave or so alone. Run around to avoid them. This level becomes a lot easier if you don't get swarmed by the later Waves of enemies. Try to keep from killing the earlier enemy Waves.

3) Hack the bottom level computer second. Once again, try to only kill the Counter Hackers and minimize killing the other enemies. Run around to avoid taking too much damage and to heal up.

4) Hack the middle main floor terminal last. Once you've got good progress going on the hack, you can go ahead and slay all the regular enemies. As before, prioritize killing the Counter Hackers.

5) Cleanup and extract.

For weapons I had the SMG and the rifle. I also used up all the floor mines and grenades the level provided. Do a dry run of the level to familiarize yourself with the health pack and grenade box locations.
